Group C’s likely dominated by Brazil and Morocco since Haiti and Scotland have yet to advance a Group stage in their team history. However, with 32 teams now able to advance to the knockout stage, nabbing 3rd place with a little luck is all they can hope for. The worst thing that Brazil and Morocco can do is finish 2nd in Group stage. Brazil is always filled with talent and find their way past the Group no matter what. Neymar returns along with potential rising star Vinicius Jr. with intentions on going the distance in the knockout stage. Morocco may not be seen much, but they have been on this stage before going back to 1986 when they made the Round of 16. This squad’s defense makes them a tough opponent. We’ve never seen an African/Arabian team with this much grit like them. They could make another deep run if they still have their Arabian magic that got them to 4th place in 2022.
