What’s up everyone! Week 3 was something and who would’ve thought the weather delay would carry over into Tampa. That eventually led to Cleveland’s win late in the game putting questions into Tampa’s organization. Meanwhile, Denver, Dallas, Carolina, New England, and Green Bay had bounce back wins. After the NFC South went winless last weekend, the AFC South followed suit from their NFC brethren with a 0-4 weekend. The Bills, 49ers, Seahawks, and Chiefs looked good in their 2-0 start while the Raiders and Vikings showed up big with their own 2-0 start. The Bengals are also 2-0 thanks to their defense coming alive for once this season. Things aren’t looking good for the Dolphins, Lions, Chargers, Falcons, Commanders, and Buccaneers and may be in some serious trouble. The Colts and Texans could figure things out eventually, but they face each other next weekend. I’m skeptical of Pittsburgh, Green Bay, and Baltimore after their performance this past weekend. Unfortunate injuries hit Jaxson Dart, Caleb Williams, and Jayden Daniels. Hope those boys will be ok, and Chicago doesn’t rush Williams back on the field. He’s under the Madden curse and this could be bad if they push him back onto the field to early. We’re not sure how serious the injury is.

After this weekend’s games, I’ll do my best to post the NFL division’s current situation. This will be a fun posting. Have a great day everyone!

After struggling against Baltimore early, they clawed their way back and punched through in their fourth quarter comeback. It was odd that Derrick Henry lost his fourth quarter carries based on personnel decision, but it didn’t matter to Tyler Shough and company. They competed to the very end again and executed this time for the win. Watch out for New Orleans.

9) LAS VEGAS RAIDERS (2-0)

I would’ve never expected the Raiders to grace my Top 10 Power Rankings, but they earned it after their victory over the Chargers. It’s only two games so far, but their defense deserves credit for the team’s success. Through two games, the Raiders are tied for a league leading 8 sacks. Would it have anything to do with Maxximum Crosby’s presence? Maybe since he forced a safety thanks to a holding penalty in the endzone.

8) MINNESOTA VIKINGS (2-0)

The Vikings handled the rain really well and shut down Chicago with a 56-point difference between Week 1 and Week 2. Aaron Jones had a big, rainy day with over 100 yards rushing to survive the storm for a 2-0 start and lead the entire NFC North division. Who would’ve thought they would compete for the division? Maybe the guy that typed this up.

7) KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (2-0)

This was the hardest fought matchup so far for the Chiefs. The Colts forced them into overtime and nearly a tie too (maybe), but they overcame it and won. Patrick Mahomes had 382 passing yards for 3 touchdowns, Kenneth Walker had a big night with 178 total yards, and Travis Kelce had 9 receptions for 101 yards and a touchdown amongst guys behind him that performed well too. They start 2-0 and are alongside the Raiders, oddly enough.

6) PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (2-0)

It looked ugly and also looked like Philly was about to lose to Cam Ward and the Titans. But their defense fought hard to not allow that opportunity, and the offense responded with a score to seal the victory. Tank Bigsby had some good moments in Saquon Barkley dealt with a stinger. Barkley’s injury shouldn’t be too serious, but Philly’s playing some ebb-and-flow football once again.

5) LOS ANGELES RAMS (1-1)

The game was dominated by Davante Adams and Matt Stafford in the absence of Puka Nacua. That was a deadly combo waiting to happen against the Giants secondary that was fairly a weakness. Defense sent Jaxson Dart to the sidelines and swarmed Jameis Winston and Cam Skattebo for the rest of this game. It gave the Rams everything needed for a bounce back win after a Niners loss in Australia. They look like Super Bowl contenders again.

4) SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (2-0)

The 49ers went 5-for-5 for about three quarters resulting all in touchdowns. Brock Purdy was unstoppable and the wideouts literally punished the pass coverage. The run defense is a bit of a weak spot like last game against the Rams. Otherwise, the 49ers defense looked like themselves again under defensive coordinator Raheem Morris. However, they suffered a couple of more injuries which worries me just a tad.

3) CINCINNATI BENGALS (2-0)

Cincinnati’s defense played really well against CJ Stroud and Houston. They sacked him 5 times and forced Houston’s struggles in third down plays. Tee Higgins continues his good fortunes while Ja’Marr Chase bounced back from last week with 75 yards and two touchdowns. Did I mention that Cincy’s defense played really well?

2) SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (2-0)

Arizona gave Seattle a hard time thinking that they have a shot after their win against the Chargers. It eventually petered out as the Super Bowl champs punished them like last season. Drew Lock had a solid three-touchdown game with all of them going to Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Defense shutdown Jacoby Brisset to just 95 yards passing and held the team under 200 yards total.

1) BUFFALO BILLS (2-0)

They put on a clinic against Detroit and never let up. They eventually allowed 31 points after giving up…31 points last week to the Texans, which could be a glaring weakness. Everything still goes through Josh Allen, and nothing changed since his second year of his career. This kid might be made of adamantium since he does the same thing with his body and fails to wear down. However, DJ Moore’s potential absence with injury could create glaring issues at that position if Keon Coleman doesn’t step up in the next game.
