Do you have a quote you live your life by or think of often?
“Though I Walk Through The Valley of the Shadow of Death, I Will Fear No Evil For You Are With Me; Your Rod and Your Staff, They Comfort Me.” – Psalm 23:4
I never thought I would find a quote from the bible to live by. It’s usually like reading a story about the times that were or what it was like back then that mixes in with the histories that I’ve read in schools. When I came across that quote, this was the quote that helped me get through so many trials of my life. From going through college, to moving out, to living on my own, to taking on society on my own. I was an awkward, shy person with a drop of anxiety. Now, I travel from time-to-time to other places I’ve never been to by myself and it’s so exciting to explore new places I’ve never been too before. I thank my parents to this day for giving me that opportunity to grow and be confident in myself no matter where I go. Even if I feel stronger than ever, I continue to live by that quote so I won’t have to fear the unknown. I can continue to explore and push those boundaries for myself for the better.
