Back then, not much really. Now, I do more often. I realized how much saying no makes a difference. It’s not that I’m trying to be an asshole. There are some things that I either don’t agree with, I don’t have time for, or I don’t want to participate in, and it’s ok not to, and that’s just me. Sometimes, I say no because maybe I’m doing something else or maybe I just want to do my own thing or I have something else going on. Most importantly, maybe because I’m tired and I’m just going to hang back and chill at home. Saying no is sometimes good for you too. It’s good for your well-being. Otherwise, if you say yes all the time and never say no, it may not always be a good thing. It’s nice to have that type of balance between yes and no.

How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?
1–2 minutes
