BYE WEEK: BILLS, RAMS, VIKINGS, EAGLES
THURSDAY NIGHT PREVIEW
SAINTS AT CARDINALS – 5:15PM PT/8:15PM ET [PRIME VIDEO]

If we’re promised a better Thursday Night Football game, probably wait until the Lamar Jackson/Tom Brady matchup next Thursday. Although, DeAndre Hopkins returns to the lineup after serving his 6-game suspension. It could help Arizona knowing New Orleans’ coverage hasn’t been that great. Speaking of NOLA, they are down Jameis Winston, and now Andy Dalton. It’s unclear if either one will return. That would mean Taysom Hill starts at quarterback and that’s also unclear how things will go. He’s an athlete who will either make or break the Cardinals’ defense. There is so much uncertainty in this matchup, but I’ll chance it with Arizona knowing D-Hop is back and hopefully that helps the rest of the core that moves on without Marquise Brown for the rest of the year.
MY PICK: CARDINALS
SUNDAY NIGHT PREVIEW
STEELERS AT DOLPHINS – 5:20PM PT/8:20PM ET

Pittsburgh comes off a big win against Tom Brady’s Buccaneers behind Kenny Pickett (who’s on concussion protocol) and Mitch Trubisky. Pitt’s defense did their job, and hopefully they repeat their performance down in Miami. The Dolphins should have Tua back in time, which is good because they lost three straight games since his brutal injury. It’s honestly an even match for now unless Tua’s back to his old self and hits his fastest receivers to break down Pitt’s defense. Whether Mitch or Kenny start, they’ll need plenty of big plays to attack Miami’s passing defense. Otherwise, Miami has them locked up for the night.
MY PICK: DOLPHINS
MONDAY NIGHT PREVIEW
BEARS AT PATRIOTS – 5:15PM PT/8:15PM ET

The legend of rookie quarterback Bailey Zappe could continue into primetime on Monday unless Mac Jones is healthy, and the staff gives him the go to take back his starting position. It’ll be an interesting quarterback controversy, but either way, the Pats are prepared for Chicago. Belichick and the boys continue to lead “America’s team” forward despite the offseason controversy and uncertainty in their 2022 season. The Bears are a hit-and-miss type of team. On one side, the run game is promising, the defense is good, and Justin Fields has shown, in waves, that he can be good in the NFL. On the other side, the defense can’t stop the run worth a dang at times, the passing game and the offensive line are atrocious, and I’m holding my breath each time Fields’ gets hit. Unfortunately, the Bears have one heck of a hill to climb while the Patriots’ defense and run game plan to bring it all game long…
