CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP

• After the Chiefs’ “13 seconds” of fame, they follow up with a loss against the Bengals. Patrick Mahomes wished he took back the interception he threw in the first 14 seconds of overtime.

• After a stellar three-week run by the 49ers, their run ended with a game-ending interception thrown by Jimmy G, who also likely ended his time with the organization too.

SUPER BOWL LVI

• The Bengals scratched and clawed their way through everything this season. They swept the Ravens and Steelers to win the division, defeated the Chiefs twice, and took down the #1 seeded Titans. Unfortunately, the offense couldn’t hold the line as Aaron Donald broke their spirit with a game-winning sack.

• The Rams mortgaged their future, upped the ante on that, and doubled it to go all the way to the Super Bowl. They overcame the injury bug and won it all on their home turf, thanks to Super Kupp and Aaron Donald.
