First off, I want to thank everyone for taking some time to check out my posts. It may not be the best, but I try to post the best college football information I possibly can. I will continue to post them until who knows when and hope to keep you guys updated to the best of my ability. If you like it, be sure to like, follow, and don’t hesitate to leave a comment too. I appreciate the feedback. Have a great week everybody!
10) #21 UNC VS. GEORGIA TECH – 4:30PM PT/ 7:30PM ET [ACC NETWORK]
This is the first neutral site game ever for this game. North Carolina won the last meeting in 2019, including four out of six seasons, but Georgia Tech won the last two prior to 2019. This rebuilding/reshaping team kept things close with a struggling Clemson offense last week. Georgia Tech’s defense could cause UNC some heartache and take away momentum. Can they do it for all four quarters?
9) RUTGERS AT #19 MICHIGAN – 12:30PM PT/3:30PM ET [ABC]
Michigan dominated the first three games, but their offense and special teams will finally be tested. Rutgers is building something for the future, but Rutgers’ offense remains to be seen. Turnovers and ball control could be the theme if Rutgers can field those opportunities. They lead the nation in turnover margin (8) and that may help shake Michigan and Jim Harbaugh.
8) #9 CLEMSON AT NC STATE – 12:30PM PT/3:30PM ET [ESPN]
The Wolfpack had two opportunities to upset Clemson back in 2016 and 2017 only to come up short in both. Clemson’s defense is strong, but their offense is struggling. NC State could end Clemson’s playoff hopes once and for all, but it’ll take an entire roster to do so at home.
7) LIBERTY AT SYRACUSE – 5PM PT/8PM ET [ACC NETWORK ON FRIDAY]
This is the third straight meeting and Liberty equalized the Orange easily last season. Liberty is on the cusp of a Top 25 appearance for the second straight season in their 4-year FBS existence. However, the Orange is different, recovered from COVID and injuries last season, and is looking for a bounce back year. Syracuse defense will once again challenge Liberty’s quarterback Malik Willis. Stopping him will be key to slowing down the team.
6) MISSOURI AT BOSTON COLLEGE – 9AM PT/12PM ET [ESPN2]
Boston College is 3-0 for the first time since 2018 and look to go 4-0 for the first time since 2007 when Matt Ryan was the quarterback. Future NFL quarterback Phil Jurkovec finally has help in the run game, and that helped him stay clean from being sacked this season. This game has high-scoring potential, and it’ll be up to the Tigers’ coverage to make a couple of big stops.
5) WEST VIRGINIA AT #4 OKLAHOMA – 4:30PM PT/7:30PM ET [ABC]

West Virginia has yet to defeat Oklahoma since joining the Big 12 in 2012. Time is ticking since Oklahoma leaves for the SEC by 2025. If it wasn’t for COVID causing this game to cancel last year, it would’ve been the Mountaineers’ opportunity. Now they are back at Norman and haven’t fared well there. However, Oklahoma’s offense has yet to play consistent and West Virginia’s defense could seize that chance to make this game close. All eyes are on quarterback Spencer Rattler to decide the Sooners’ fate.
4) #24 UCLA AT STANFORD – 3PM PT/6PM ET [PAC-12 NETWORK]

UCLA looks to bounce back after losing in drama-filled fashion to Fresno State. Stanford is playing under the radar and are surprisingly at the Top of the Pac-12 North…for now. They won 12 of the last 13 meetings against UCLA and are also 4-0 when the Bruins are ranked since 2010. However, they lost nine straight games to ranked opponents in the last four seasons. Stanford’s offensive line must contain pressure because UCLA’s defense could utilize their blitz packages often. In vice versa, UCLA’s defense will have their hands full with Stanford’s tall pass-catchers averaging around 6’3 and 6’4. UCLA cutting down on those self-inflicting plays that cost them last week should lead to a bounce back victory.
3) #14 IOWA STATE AT BAYLOR – 12:30PM PT/3:30PM ET [FOX]

The Cyclones should be wary of this game. In the last 10 meetings, Iowa State won three of the last four, but Baylor won six of the last 10 meetings. Despite the Bears playing a cakewalk schedule, they’re confident enough to challenge the Cyclones at home. Baylor passing game will be tested because Iowa State’s run defense won’t give them many opportunities. Iowa State quarterback Brock Purdy hasn’t played that well this season, but he’s still throwing over 70%. Meanwhile, Breece Hall will lead the charge and show if Baylor’s defense can really challenge him and the offensive line.
2) #12 NOTRE DAME VS. #18 WISCONSIN – 9AM PT/12PM ET [FOX]

Wisconsin and Notre Dame have a lot riding this weekend and it could be a dogfight. Notre Dame is undefeated but there’s some flaws on defense that could affect their chances of winning. Wisconsin bounced back and found their identity in the run game with running back Chez Mellusi. Notre Dame’s offense looks so much better and won’t go down easy, but their true test starts now against Wisconsin’s strong defense. The Badgers plan to stop the run and dare former Notre Dame quarterback Jack Coan to pass more often. If Wisconsin quarterback Graham Mertz can take care of the ball and throw his first passing touchdown this season, the Badgers should win in Chicago.
1) #7 TEXAS A&M VS. #16 ARKANSAS – 12:30PM PT/3:30PM ET [CBS]

Texas A&M has not lost to Arkansas since joining the SEC. The last four meetings have been an interesting matchup between them, and this Southwest Classic will be the most anticipated matchup to watch. This will also be the 10th time both teams match up as ranked opponents. After the Razorbacks slow start against Rice in three quarters, they ran roughshod over everyone that stood in their way. Texas A&M’s defense looks formidable and hasn’t allowed a passing touchdown this season. But A&M could have their hands full against Arkansas’s rushing offense since struggling against Colorado’s run game two weeks ago. Arkansas quarterback KJ Jefferson and A&M’s quarterback Zach Calzada will play a factor in their team’s performance.
